Falafel CEO Lino Tadros and Senior Software Architect Jason Follas have both been selected as Microsoft MVPs. The announcement was made today, and amazingly is the 12th consecutive award CEO Lino Tadros has received. This is Jason’s 4th MVP award.
The MVP award is given to exemplary community leaders around the world who have demonstrated their deep commitment to helping others make the most of their technology, voluntarily sharing their passion and real-world knowledge of Microsoft products with the community.
While there are more than 100 million social and technical community members, only a small portion are selected to be recognized as MVPs. Candidates are rigorously evaluated for their technical expertise, community leadership, and voluntary community contributions for the previous year. They come from more than 90 countries, speak over 40 different languages, and are awarded in more than 90 Microsoft technologies.
Falafel is honored to have not just two, but four MVPs on the all-star team. Master Consultant Jesse Liberty and Falafel CTO Steve Smith continue to be MVPs as well. Steve is also a Microsoft Regional Director. Lino Tadros has won now 12 times in a row. Lino says, “I am honored to receive my 12th straight MVP award this morning from Microsoft. I would never qualify if it wasn’t for the solid team and minds that I work with every day.”
MVPs are recognized each quarter for this annual award, which continues to grow and evolve to reflect the development of Microsoft technologies.
Congratulations to the new MVPs, and welcome back to renewed MVPs!
Don’t miss many more Microsoft MVPs and more at FalafelCON 2014 in September!
